Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2025 is the UK’s blockbuster festive experience, with headline rides, huge themed bars, an alpine village of food stalls, and the UK’s largest seasonal ice rink.

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Times
For 2025 it runs from 14 November to New Year’s Day, with selected closure dates, and features the UK’s largest open‑air ice rink, an ice sculpting experience, and the much‑loved Bavarian Village. Entry is ticketed by time slot, but once inside you can linger to sip mulled wine, ride the giant wheel for skyline views, or browse the Christmas Market for artisan gifts. Families will find kid‑friendly shows and gentle rides, while night owls can target the après‑ski bars and DJs. Base yourself around Marble Arch or Knightsbridge for easy access and combine with a stroll along Oxford Street’s lights. Pre‑book headline attractions—weekends sell fast. Go early or midweek to dodge crowds, and wrap up warm: it’s mostly outdoors. For maximum spectacle and festive photos in central London, this is the big one.

One of the best elements of this London winter fair is its location. Hyde Park is one of the great central parks in London. This is most definitely worth a visit in its own right. If you are looking for a more cultural thing to do in London than the adrenaline filled rush of the winter wonderland, then you could consider visiting the Serpentine Gallery.
Getting There
Hyde park is in the heart of London. Many buses pass along Oxford Street. Alternatively, you can take the Tube to either Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly Line) or Marble Arch on the Central Line.
