Out and Wild is the UK’s first Wellness Festival designed for queer, questioning and curious women and those who are non-binary. It is held in Abbotsham Devon

The festival is designed as an opportunity for people to embrace new friendships and enjoy new experience. These include wellness, sports, music, comedy, sword and more, and explore beautiful Pembrokeshire.

Accessible wellness and workout experiences are run throughout the day including yoga, gong baths, breathwork, dance classes, kirtan and forest bathing.

In addition to the wellness and workout sessions, there will be live music and comedy, spoken word, workshops and hikes around the beautiful countryside.

The Big Sheep and it’s based in Abbotsham in EX39 5AP. Nearest station is Barnstaple.
