UK Cottage Breaks in May / June

 

Self-catering stays are scarce but cottage collection, Premier Cottages, still has some availability for May and June, holiday houses on offer include:

Eaton Manor Country Estate, Shropshire

Set on an idyllic 500-acre country estate in Shropshire, Eaton Manor Country Estate is a rural retreat with extensive private gardens that offer space and tranquillity. The nine luxurious cottages on site are furnished to the highest standard and there is a swimming pool, outdoor games and playing field. The estate is within easy reach of attractions such as Ironbridge Gorge, Acton Scott Museum, numerous National Trust properties, as well as the historic towns of Shrewsbury and Ludlow. A week’s half term stay at Eaton Manor’s Great Western Lodge for three guests costs £1,271 arriving on 28 May. Alternatively, week long stays are available in June in sleeps 10 Pendennis for £2,624, in sleeps 14 Toad Hall for £3,729 and in sleeps 14 The Manor House for £3,878. Cranmer Country Cottages, Norfolk

The luxurious Cranmer Country Cottages are set in 175 acres of farmland. Converted from a Victorian dairy farm they offer spacious accommodation, a heated indoor swimming pool, two all-weather tennis courts, games room and children’s adventure play area. A week’s June stay for four guests in Cranmer’s Owl or Wagtail costs £1,837 and a stay in Coot Cottage for three costs £1,689. There are further cottages with availability throughout the smonths. Croft Farm Cottages, Pembrokeshire

Set in the idyllic coastal countryside of North Pembrokeshire, Croft Farm & Celtic Cottages offers the ideal location for a summer getaway. The property has its own Leisure Centre and kids will love the animals and indoor and outdoor play sets. There are also a number of lovely unspoilt beaches nearby. Pinetum Gardens Cornwall

Gardeners will love the family-owned Pinetum Gardens – a 30-acre garden in the heart of St Austell and home to one of the largest plant collections in the county. Set within stunning parkland, it features ten individually themed garden rooms and an array of plants as well as some spectacular champion trees. Also, on site are tearooms that are open for both breakfast and lunch as well as an array of cakes and sweet treats. Close to Cornish attractions and plenty of good beaches Pinetum Garden Cottages has a week’s stay in sleeps four Moongate 1 for £2450 arriving 16 June.
