For many, Christmastime is all about the food, and this year Les Villages Nature Paris is offering a range of catering options to suit families, friends and couples.
On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, diners can choose between decadent set menus at Cépages and the BelleVie Farm’s café-restaurant with traditional favourites including foie gras, lamb shank and yule log, and alternative dishes such as roasted king prawns in ginger and lemongrass served with truffle risotto.
On Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, guests will have a sweet or savoury brunch menu to choose from. Those who prefer special occasions to be less formal can head to PUR Etc. for its buffet comprising sweet and savoury options made with locally sourced and organic produce. Alternatively, gourmet platters will be available to buy at Franprix, the on-site supermarket, so guests can host their own festivities in the comfort of their apartments. The platters will comprise all sorts of gastronomic delights from crevettes, oysters and langoustines, to ballotines of poultry with foie gras and port sauce, or monkfish in ragout and creamy rice. Hosts can ‘wow’ their guests with no hassle, allowing more time to be spent in the workshops and activities around the holiday village.
A four-night self-catered stay, in a Clan Comfort cottage, which sleeps four people, arriving 24 December 2018, costs €1,693 / £1,504 per cottage.
