Full Steam Ahead in Germany

 

October 2020 marks 30 years since East and West Germany were reunited, an historic moment that brought with it access to some of the world’s most remarkable narrow gauge steam railways.

This 16-day tour explores highlights such as the Harz Narrow Gauge Railway, the Brohltalbahn and the Wutachtalbahn. Travel on the Molli through the streets of Bad Doberan (just inches from its pavement restaurants), visit the Rasender Roland railway on Rügen island and more.
