While arguably not as famed for its safaris as Tanzania, it is still possible to see the Big Five in South Africa. Possibly, the stand out safari park is Kruger National Park. And what better way to end a hard day’s driving than to settle down with a crisp glass of South African pinotage in your camp, and watch the sun slide away.
