The parade will be from 7pm to 10pm. There will be pre and post parade events in the Carnival Villages. The most vibrant carnival is at The Fanwalk\, Green Point\, Cape Town. The parade starts at the cnr. Main Rd & Granger Bay Blvd (opposite the circle)\, and ends at cnr.
