The event usually runs from late November to early January, with weekend performances, workshops for children, and food stalls open daily. It’s also one of the most visually impressive markets in Romania, with thousands of fairy lights creating a canopy effect across the square once night falls. Accessibility is excellent, with Sibiu’s small size making it easy to explore on foot.
