
Fans of the silent screen should virtually head to Bristol this March for Slapstick Festival 2026, a celebration of silent and vintage screen comedy, and much more. The initial Slapstick was held in Bristol in 2006. It has grown into becoming one of the most significant celebrations of comedy films and TV in the UK.
Slapstick 2026 Highlights
Slapstick 2026 runs from 4 to 8 February 2026, featuring The Imposters, Stephen Mangan, Harry Hill, Lee Mack and Armando Iannucci.
There will be screenings of comedy greats including Laurel and Hardy, Buster Keaton and WC Fields, as well as more modern classics including The Likely Lads and South Park..
