This September will see the county of Devon become a foodie’s delight as the field to fork Taste East Devon Festival 2025 takes over the countryside.
The festival will feature chefs, tastings, demos and events for two weeks from 13 to 21 September. Expect Michael Caines of Lympstone Manor, one of the co-founders to pop in too.

From brewery open days, to farm feasts and tastings some events are free and others ticketed, but all will be full of entertainment.

Participating pubs, restaurants and producers include: Lyme Bay Winery, THE PIG at Combe, the Salutation Inn, Otter Brewery, ColdHarbour Field Kitchen, Lympstone Manor, High Grange, River Cottage, Pebblebed and Lily Farm vineyards.

Events range from ‘meet the brewer’ to wine and cheese tastings, gin school, family festivals, kitchen gardens, seafood suppers, charity meals, masterclasses, afternoon tea, streetfood, live music, coastal foraging and a picnic.
However it is not just the food and drink that makes this part of the UK so special, East Devon possesses the Jurassic Coast as well as two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As all the events are only half an hour from the sea, you can always combine a tasting with a quick dip or wonderful walk.
