KOKS Awarded Second Michelin Star

 

Renowned for its remote location and adventurous menu, KOKS in the Faroe Islands has been awarded a second Michelin star by the Michelin Guide Nordic Countries 2019.

Alongside fellow two-star winner and iconic Danish restaurant Noma 2.0, KOKS received the accolade for being “truly ingredient-led and reflective of the seasons.” KOKS’ Chef Poul Andrias Zisca also received The Michelin Nordic Guide Young Chef 2019 award for his “creativity, technical skill and passion”.
