Experience the Trans-Bhutan Trail Responsibly

Activist holiday company Responsible Travel has launched two local-guided Trans-Bhutan Trail adventures to mark the reopening of the trail.

The 403-kilometre trail reopened in March 2022 for the first time in six decades. Responsible Travel has not only launched two packages for you to explore the trail, but ensures that 100% of profits from the trips will go to sustainably maintaining the trail, and support local community initiatives.
