National Spa Week 2018

National Spa Week 2018 (September 10- 17) kicks off in September with Spabreaks.com taking the reigns as the official booking partner of the UK Spa Association’s annual celebration of the spa industry and the benefits it provides the public.

The week commences on 10 September and is a celebration of all things ‘spa’ with an intention to encourage more people into more spas, more often. With a focus on inclusivity, the week will also highlight spas which welcome visitors undergoing cancer treatment, who are blind or with other disabilities, while also showcasing spa packages for men, couples, groups and more at venues across the UK.

Throughout the week participating spas will be offering discounts from 20% on treatments and packages and special ‘friend goes free’ deals. Furthermore those booking a spa day or break during National Spa Week will also receive a complimentary NailsInc nail polish. Details of these will be available soon at spaweek.co.uk.

Many spas across the UK and beyond will be offering great deals for two going together on all types of packages from rejuvenating spa days to healing spa treatments. Packages are on sale from 10 September 2018 and with spas all across the UK taking part there is no reason not to find one locally.

Commenting on the launch Abi Wright, founder of Spabreaks.com, said: “We are delighted to have joined forces with the UK Spa Association to become the official booking partner for National Spa Week. It’s an exciting opportunity to raise the profile of the spa industry as a whole and remove perceptions that spas are an exclusive unattainable luxury. Spas are for everyone, from all walks of life and all shapes and sizes, and this campaign will massage that message!”

Lisa Barden, vice chair for the UK Spa Association said “With the nation being more tuned in and stressed out than ever before – our spas are well placed to provide for the physical and emotional needs of today and to help people properly disconnect and recharge. This is why we are particularly thrilled to be partnering with Spabreaks.com and Lumity this year in our continued quest to improve the wellbeing and wellness of the UK. We are delighted that so many spas across the UK are coming together with exclusive packages to offer the public the chance to see for themselves.”

National Spa Week is also partnered with Lumity, the health and beauty brand that offers a unique two step supplement of vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and amino acids designed to maintain optimum health, energy and radiance.

The week coincides with Spabreaks.com 10th anniversary. Having launched in 2008, it has swiftly become Europe’s leading spa booking agency, with over 800 venues worldwide.
